Now that re-charter is complete, our pack needs to update health forms that are REQUIRED for both the children in the pack, as well as any adult chaperones/partners that will be involved with the activities. They only need to be updated annually. It will take just a few moments of your time to complete.

The monthly planning meeting will be held this Sunday, December 1, 2019 7pm-8pm @ GUMC. All parents are encouraged to attend committee meetings. Our pack operates on efforts put forth by YOU the parents, who volunteer time.
Pack 3512 leadership is in need of help to fill vacant positions, which include:
-advancement chair: If you were the kid that displayed all of your awards & ribbons on your walls & shelves, pay it forward by helping Pack 3512 get those awards to our scouts as they earn them!! You would be responsible to keep track of (what is already basically done by Scout Book) what awards scouts have earned and what loops/ badges are due to them!
-secretary/ website management: If not comfortable with website management, just volunteering as secretary would be wonderful!
-committee member (general): Assist by taking on coordination of one or more event(s).
-new membership chair: Assist with getting information to new & potential new scouts/ parents, as well as collect new member registration paperwork/ payment & get them in touch with their particular den leader (easy as pie!).
